Important information for your holiday near Merano

• The prices are valid per person with half board and weekly program of well-being, the local tax of € 3.10 per person per day (from 14 years) is charged extra
  
• The rooms are ready for occupancy on the day of arrival until 14.00 pm at the latest.
• On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am.
• Dogs are very welcome here! They are charged € 22.00 per day without food (we ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room or on the sunbathing lawn).

Cancellation conditions during the summer season:

• Cancellations will only be accepted in written form.
• If the cancellation is communicated up to 30 days prior to arrival, no further cancellation fees will be charged.
• 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 80% of the booked stay will be charged
• 1 week (7 nights) prior to arrival: 90% of the booked stay will be charged
• In case of non-arrival, early departure or late arrival, the entire booked stay will be charged.

Cancellation conditions during the winter season:

• Cancellations will only be accepted in written form.
• If the cancellation is communicated up to 60 days prior to arrival, no further cancellation fees will be charged.

• 2 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the booked stay will be charged

• 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 80% of the booked stay will be charged
• 1 week (7 nights) prior to arrival: 90% of the booked stay will be charged
• In case of non-arrival, early departure or late arrival, the entire booked stay will be charged.
