Our spa facility and fitness room are open daily from 7 am to 8 pm. Our sauna landscape is open from 2 to 8 pm.
Our specialists are available for personal advice Sundays from 9 to 11 am and Tuesdays from 9:30-11 am.
Sauna rituals and infusions
Once a week we offer our guests various sauna infusions and rituals which make complete relaxation possible.
Applications
All of our applications are suited for HIM & HER. We recommend booking applications when reserving a room to guarantee that you get your desired appointment times. You can book by telephone (0039 0473 279423), by e-mail info@falzeben.com or personally in our “Bartholomew Fountain” spa reception area.
Cancelling a treatment
Something can always come up. So that we can plan our appointment calendar in the best way possible, we ask you to let us know of your cancellations at least one day in advance. With cancellations on short notice, we reserve the right to charge 70% of the treatment price.
Payment
You are welcome to have your treatment put on your hotel bill or pay directly at the hotel reception.
