Arrival
By car:
Highway only: From Munich (290 km away), Motoway Munich – Innsbruck (149 km away)– Brenner (113 km away) – Sterzing – Bozen Ausfahrt Süd (South Exit), Highway (MEBO) to the Meran Ausfahrt Süd (Meran South Exit), then follow the signs for Hafling – Meran 2000.
Highway and mountain passes: Motorway Munich - Innsbruck - Brenner until you get to Sterzing (exit by that name), from Sterzing via the Jaufenpass (2094 m) through the Passeiertal until you are almost in Meran. Shortly before Meran, take a left toward Schenna und Hafling.
No highway and mountain passes: Via Füssen (214 km away) - Reutte – through Ötztal via Timmelsjoch (2483 m) through Passeiertal until you are almost in Meran. Shortly before Meran, take a left toward Schenna und Hafling.
Via Landeck (122 km away) - Reschenpass (1504 m - 82 km away) through Vinschgau until you reach the exit “Meran Süd“ – via the country road shortly before Meran take a right toward Schenna and Hafling.
From Austria: via Linz (174 km away) through Pustertal until you pass Bruneck. From there, continue to Brixen (exit by that name). Take this exit onto the highway until you reach the exit “Bozen Süd”. Continue toward Meran. Shortly before Meran take a right toward Schenna and Hafling.
From Switzerland: Via Davos (133 km away) - Flüelapass (2389 m) - Ofenpass (2155 m) - Santa Maria - Taufers - until you reach Vinschgau and then on to Meran (135 km).
By train:
The best train connection is Munich – Innsbruck – Bozen – Meran. We will gladly pick you up at the train station. Alternatively you can get to us from the Meran train station via Taxi or Bus. There is a bus every hour and stops right in front of our hotel!

Take the bus from Switzerland to Meraner Land: Südtirol Express: Jeden Samstag von März bis Oktober - Sie werden direkt zu unserem Haus gebracht und bei der Heimreise wieder abgeholt.
Take the bus from Germany to Meraner Land: Meraner Land Express: Munich - Meraner Land – Munich: Every Saturday from March until October, the bus stops right in front of our hotel for your arrival and departure.
Every Saturday from March until the beginning of November: The Sonnenzug (Sun Train) leaves for Munich from the main train station in Hamburg, Dortmund, Berlin und Frankfurt. From Munich you can take the bus on to Meran!
