Conditions fort he reservation at Hotel Falzeben

• The prices are per person with half-board and a weekly pamper program.
• The rooms are ready for occupancy on the day of arrival by 2 pm at the latest.
• On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the room by 10 am.
• Dogs are more than welcome at our hotel! €10 per day without food (we ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room or on the sunbathing lawn).
• With stays of less than 4 nights, we charge a 8% surcharge.
• Discounts for children in the parent’s room:
  0-3 years 100%
  4-6 years 75%
  7-15 years 50%
  16-99 years 35%
• Since December 6, 2011 it is in Italy by law no. 201/2011 no longer permitted to pay amounts exceeding Euro 999.99 in cash. However, the following payment methods are allowed: debit cards, credit cards, non-transferable cheques, bank transfers.

Terms of Cancellation:

In general, the EU standards for cancellations of hotel stays or trips are valid. With cancellations from 3 weeks before arrival, with late arrivals or early departures, we charge at least 80%. Trip cancellation insurance: so that no costs accrue due to a late arrival or an excused non-arrival, we recommend taking out TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
